It is a door lock, I think. I have 2 others. You can have them if you pay for shipping. no keys.
I apoligize Brian, my post might of miss lead you. I was aquiring about the 3 key loch mechs on the shipping, sorry about that. I am good on hooks, plus they sell that kind at Auto Zone here in the desert. Let me know?
