I think u should get moved then find members close to you and ask them to do it for u one weekend. Have a weekend BBQ are something and just have a bunch come over.
I would help if I was closer. I'm sure there are some who would do it for a weekend project. That being said I don't know about the painting but the reassembly could be done.
Sorry about your back hope you can get it straightened out.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
