Well, it seems I've got an EEC tank, but without the EEC.
Does this look like a replaced tank? That's what I'm thinking because it's pretty clean, no rust.

There's also no charcoal canister, and no evidence that there was one.
Also, it's got a vented cap off of a....Ford
The PO put that on, I'm going to find a factory one...
