-i would consider vintage air for your a/c
-the frame can be dent bumped in with a sledge (I heated the dented area with a propane torch to make it easier), just check your alignment after every few hits I did mine in about 5 minutes and there was no frame distortion with alignment
- The power steering engine bracket depends on the engine that is in the truck (SBC will be cheaper and easier than the L6)
- The brake question has been answered above
