OK, here you go. The first two picture are of the top corner of the windshield frame. There's a large rubber end cap that goes there. The bottom of it meets the door weatherstrip.

The third picture is of the corner of the top. There is a gap between the window rubber and the top seal. When the top is installed, the corner rubber (in the first two pictures) seals that gap. You can see the outline of the rubber on the top.

The drip deflectors help keep rain and snowmelt out of the cab. I use a little bead of RTV black to make sure they're sealed tight against the top and the windshield frame.
