The antenna location is not the same for all years '60-'66. I know for sure that '65 and '66 had the antennas a lot further forward on the cowl panel.
Do a search for the threads about original or restored trucks. You can see the general location of the antennas on several of these trucks.
I'm sure someone can provide a template to locate the antenna.
