Yes, I plan on just capping off the unused return line. The Blazer sending unit is 0-90 ohms so it will work fine with earlier fuel gauge setups.
The only thing I needed to modify on the sender was to cut the locking tabs off. They were putting the sender in the jeep tank at a location that was causing the float to hit the internal baffle of the tank. With the two tabs cut off I could turn the sender unit to center the float in the tank.
