With a fully loaded cab (doors, glass, interior, and firewall stuff) it is going to be heavy. Be careful of your backs and splurge on the beer to entice more help lifting it. It would be a shame to drop it too.
If you have any body work to do to the cab you should consider making something on wheels to move it around.
I modified an old warehouse cart to move mine around and used it to paint it also.
