This may or may not help you..... but if all else fails, some hardware stores can make 'em up on the spot. They have the cable by the foot, and they *might* have different size ends and a press. Had mine done at a local hardware store many years ago and they're still good. Logging supply is another possibility but they probably won't have anything that small. Happy hunting....
