I think you may be onto something. I assume you are thinking of cutting the back cab off ahead of the firewall/windshield and welding an AD back on to replace the rear firewall and windshield (not sure if I articulated that very well). Then you'd have regular swinging front doors and suicide rears like on the late 90's Ram. That might look real good. You'd have your work cut out though. Lots of work. Good luck with your idea.
