Looks like somebody did the ol vin plate and title swap
loose your title and need to register it, find one somebody has one laying around with the truck out behind the barn, and get them to sign over the title and take the vin plate and put it in your truck! And walla there you have it!
On the drivers side of the frame rail on the top under the cab there is vin # stamped into the frame rail. My guess is that will be the correct vin for the truck.
