I got mine at air bag it, not much info came with it, we almost installed it incorrectly so be careful, we ended up making a temporary jig, tacked it together then tacked it on the truck, then welded it up,,,,then cut the frame and finished welding it up. here is a link to some photos which show how we did it........

after you get to the photos just click on the thumbnails to view them, look in the top left of the screen and click next to see the next set of pictures....we actually did the pre assembly (tacking the bridges together) then hauled Corina over to a welding shop and for $100.00 they finish welded and cut the frame since my cracker box welder was not up to the task....
