The downside of these drops is the tortion bar bolts hitting stuff. Mine only sit about 4" off the ground. That is fine most of the time, but I do have to watch some places I go.
I dont know about springs for the rear, I bagged mine. The adjutablility is nice, especially for the high spots in the road
