If I need it today, I'll buy it local, otherwise I'll order it from Rockauto. Some of the parts that I've needed, it I bought them from the local parts store, would have been ordered anyway. So I'll tell the local parts store I'm going to look around and usually what I end up doing is ordering from Rockauto.

Usually most of my Rockauto purchases come within a couple of days, so this works most of the time.
