All the brand name parts you see on Rockauto are the same brands and parts you would get from Napa.
When I did my TPI conversion I purchased the bulk of the parts from Rockauto. It was just soo much cheaper. The EFI fuel tank was over $200 from a local store, the Rockauto price was $68 for the same Spectra tank. Shipping wasn't so bad either.
Some parts are just easier and the price comes out about the same locally.
