I had it up on jack stands and moved the wheels back and forth a few times probably not a few dozen but enough for it to quit bubbling going to try another pump...Think I should I try to air it out some more before I remove it?.... Also installed the pulley using the appropriate tool (borrowed from Oreilys)


Think a bad pump would cause the pulley sticking and moving?
