That sounds like a great deal on the seat. If you end up liking it enough, you can have it recovered and still keep a reasonable cost for a nice seat.
What kind of shape is your original seat in? If it's a custom seat rather than the standard seat and it has good springs on the driver's side, I would be interested in some of the springs from it. PM me if so.
