**FIXED**...I when i was looking on my fuse panel. I saw where my flasher fuse was...but I didnt notice my Turning Signal fuse. Well I look in my VERY old owners Manual...Can u believe i actually have one haha. Anyways..I found the fuse and it was busted. Lucky me I had a box or 8, 15 amp fues in my truck. Plugged her ni an i was good to go. Now I mgiht just pass inspection
