Yes if you swap the hangers & shackle mounts side to side, mounting the brackets to the inside of the opposing frame rail. You'll either have to trim the inside of the rail down or space the hangers out so the leaf springs won't hit the frame. Then you can run a 15x12 with 7.5" backspacing with a 29x15.59 tire. You'll need to roll the fender lips. But even then you're still looking at about a grand in tires & wheels, not counting if you're paying for someone to do the work. You'll be close to $1500 if you're buying everything new.
