those old 9 inch grinders used to buck and kick, but since they came out with the little 4.5 inch grinders i've never had one get away. they're to easy to stall out or for that matter throw away. paddle switches are a pain if you have to cut or grind in an unusual position. i guess it's all a matter of what you get used to.
