You can find both at any local reputable auto parts store, I just found a link to Summit for both when I Googled.
I was told these Dorman Rams Horn manifolds were originally designed for use on circle track cars. I do know some cars are only allowed to use parts that appear to be stock, so I guess there could be some truth to it.
