I've only ever seen this bumper on Custom Campers and Camper Specials. It is rather large and doesn't have a hole for a trailer ball or hitch pin (Although it could have one drilled). The bumper has two long pieces of channel iron welded to the back, which slide inside brackets that bolt to the frame. The pic below is the fully-extended position; it also can be retracted to look "normal."
