I have some questions for you about a 6L80E I recently purchased. It's out of a 2013 Camaro SS with only 135 miles on it. I want to convert output shaft to a slip yoke style like the trucks. I found a kit with all the parts to do it from Performance Automotive transmission center (PATC)
for about $340.

1. Will this conversion have to be performed at a transmission shop?
2. If so, how much should it cost?
3. Should I have anything else done while they are swapping it out? Like I said, its virtually a brand new transmission. Thanks in advance,
