IF I remember correctly its ride tech, im not 100% sure I have a terrible memory, I'd have to look when I got home. Yes its made for 73-87 c10s. I don't think that's considered universal. But it's the parralel with pan hard bar and sleeve bags for the rear. With a small notch.
