The 84 I posted above has the cutout fender flares. I just took a cutting wheel to each side and cut off 2 inches, then drilled holes in the fender and bolted it in. It took me about a day.
As for color matching, my 85 I posted above is color matched. These bushwackers take to paint pretty good.

The 84 has cut-out fender flares. The 85 is not the cut out style, just the extend a fender for 88-91 burbans and blazers, so I did not have to mod the fenders at all.
