I would pull the old system off and take it to a shop to have them copy it. I used to do it all the time, custom bent exhaust. I worked at Midas and used to do it for stock cars, projects, milk wagons, farm equip. etc. Not hard or expensive but I bet custom bending is a dying art too. The top should just be a 60 degree bend with either a ball flange or a pipe flange for a gasket to sit on.
