If your rig currently has a good running quadrajet, don't expect any mpg gains.

Having owned 454 and 460's, carbed, tbi and multiport, I've seen zero difference. The biggest gains I've seen is because of o\d trans. Fuel injection is not the panacea in full size trucks. If your economy sucks, spend $330 and buy a new carb.
