Hector- That looks awesome. Get a pint of Eastwoods High Temp Stainless steel paint, and go after your exhaust manifolds. Wire brush them as clean as you can, then paint them with a foam brush. They will look a little uneven at first, but that will clear up after you run the motor and the paint cooks in.
You will be amazed at the results.
