Placement of the MC, hydraulic pump and fuel cell helped to dictate where certain things had to go.
For the most part I just put them where they would be in the easiest and most protected places.
As far as splitting the brake lines the runs from side to side don't need to be the same length. There will be some residual valves to keep the fluid from draining back into the master cylinder
I have a return-less fuel rail so that's why I used the Corvette filter.
My biggest problem was adding the hydraulic pump and lines as they were on the same side as the fuel lines.
