I bought a 110V Lincoln WeldPak 100 about 10 years ago. Its still going strong. It turns down low enough for sheet metal, but I can weld 1/4" in one pass too. I build gym equipment, fix sheet metal, lawnmowers, exhaust, etc. It can only use flux core wire, which is fine with me since I don't want to mess with gas. Good for amateur home use. Doesn't have a real heavy duty cycle, but as fast as I move I've only had it trip out on me once or twice.
