1973 I spent six months of basic & advance training at Fort Leonard Wood. For a teenager Mo was a long way from OR, because of & cost I was not able to travel home ( can ya say home sick...  ).
A couple of fellows and myself would travel off base and visit with the folks living in the Ozarks, They were some of the nicest folks I have met in all my years since. I was always going to return but after four decades the possibility is narrowing down.

First off I want to thank you for your sevice
. And It`s a nice to not have to be a shade tree mechanic anymore
and I love the country here in the ozarks It never gets old. I hope you can make it back some time like you want.
