So I picked up a 58 GMC BBW Cab this weekend and i found this in the glove box and was wondering what it was and if it worth anything. I know one a column mounted turn signal but it looks old maybe a add on dealer item. just trying to find out some info on them. Thanks in advance on any help you can give. Tony
