You've probably already found that rear wheel width is limited to about a 7-incher if you install nice-sized tires? But conversion on rears should be no problem--they can be re-drilled; may need to turn center registers to match.

Maybe someone will chime in with info on rotors that will work on the front. Else, if adapters are available with 1-inch width, they would make your front wheels/tires track more nearly with the rears: you're already 3/4-inch wider, per side, on rears just from the diff'l change. Such adapters would cut the difference to just 1/4-inch, now wider on the front, which your ride should be able to handle.
