Not saying you should/shouldn't get one or the other. Just saying If you go cheap plan on doing it again someday. Both will wear out fast without grease. I plan on doing Moog ball joints and probably Taiwan rod ends because ball joints suck to replace and rod ends just screw on.

That's a very sound plan if your budget simply forces you to compromise. Ball joints are the one item where quality is most important. Lots of stuff is less critical, under less stress, and easy to change later if needed. Not ball joint though.
