I looked at Truck Builder's website and couldn't find any info on the project, but it appears that is the correct answer.
Here's what I do know. The wheels appear to be Billet Specialties "Hustler 6". They look like 20's, but I would like to know for sure. (pic 1)
The blower is a Magna Charger "Radix" MP112 for the 5.3-6.0 motor. It has a rear inlet, and a built in intercooler on this version. (pic 2)
The hood hinges are from Sachse Rod shop. They from their "Bilt-Rite" series of hinges. (pic 3)
