98layinframe, no, that does not sound that bad. So the lowers are just modified and not cut and rewelded. I figured the half shafts would not be bad. I have made a lot of new drive shafts and would do the half shafts the same way. Do you have any pictures of the modified lowers? You sounds like you have it figured out how to get it to work. That is good then you can still use your wheels. But do you still have to tub the bed a little?
