what type of axle u-joint is in a dana 44 (61 chevy)? can you use a sealed u-joint? any part #'s? don't remember much about these old axles. changed a axle in an old wiley's pu when i was a kid which was many a year ago. I know about the oil (thats not avl) for the lube of the knuckle and how to mix your own. this truck probably won't be driven much, won't be a daily driver. any info would be app.
