I already can almost fully straighten my leg, bend it at a 90 degree angle and that apparently takes a while for most. I also do all their leg lifts, quad flexing, calf stretches, leg bends and such with ease.... They said im an over achiever...Tomorrow is actually a week from surgery lol

haha, and thats awesome man!! that's crazy I remember when I had my surgery to get cartilage repaired after dislocated my kneecap twice, 2 days after my surgery I was having to do leg exercises so I didn't build up scar tissue, of course my leg was wrapped in a huge bandage so it wasn't exactly easy but I made it through, what kind of upsets me still to this day though is they never put me through PT after my surgery which is why I think my knee is still weak. oh well not about me, glad your doing good man and thats crazy in 1 week your doing all of that keep it up man!
