Its the Fel-Pro one piece silicone neoprene gasket with metal core. Its pretty much the best one you can get. You dont need to silicone 4 pieces of gasket together around the main-seals and pray it doesnt leak. Its expensive, but its worth it to not have to worry about pulling the pan again anytime soon. Summit racing has them cheap. Im in canada and they seem to retail for around $100. I got mine for $70 or so. I dont mind spending the extra to not have to worry about it. It was a couple hour job to swap the gasket out. Dont want to have to do that again.
