This might not be relevant for the parts you've bought, but it might be an interesting option for future (bigger) purchases:
I had six wheels and a biggish box of other parts delivered by DB Schenker door-to-airport service. The parts arrived within in a week and it cost about a third of the price the "traditional" companies wanted.
Obviously you have to pick them up from the airport and take care of the customs clearance yourself, but for me it was soooo worth it.
