Well I think I've found the solution. I think I'm going to swap my engine adapter plates to move the engine down 1/4 to 1/2. I am using the POL engine stands and trans x member. Just looked and the x member won't even work for a 4L80e. The yoke hits the trans x member. I think I'm going to cut it and "U" it. I just read through both your threads. Amazing truck. Whose trans x member did you use with your 85e?
