Good then can you help fill things out? Last I saw, the bumper had been sold off to a guy who drove a long way for a "deal" on the bumper and winch. Now my question is do you think (or know) that "Jacobs Equipment Co. Denver" is the bumper manfacturer or the installer of the winch package for the dealer? From the date it could be either.
Also that appears to be an added manual throttle as well in far left dash, know anything about it?
This type of bumper was common as far as early winch bumpers go. The truck PTO winches were heavy and tended to be more of a vocational tool than a private recovery winch for most people.
As far as tow hooks or a factory brush guard they would not be compatable. Even if the hooks did not conflict they would be very hard to use in the factory location. Often there are a pair of hooks next to the winch as this has.
