If they are leaning over to one side or the other they may have been heated in the past. If they look even and the bed springs up after you push down, and it drives fine then you might be ok. If your budget allows it's always good to know that you have new suspension parts. It's really up to you and your satisfaction with the ride. I would replace them just for peace of mind.
