I'm curious how you are going to achieve a "properly put together, piece by piece package". Are you going to rely on your own knowledge? Wouldn't that require a lot of dyno time to achieve real hp/tq gains vs. seat of the pants gains?
I can't see how you could possibly beat a dyno tested power package by putting together parts "piece by piece".
