I had mine aligned right after doing my conversion... it was close. But do to me only removing the solid washers on one side, he couldn't reduce the upper control arm spacing enough to get the passenger side camber within spec.
I removed the solid washers from the driver side upper control arm and just used slip-in shims during the conversion, he was able to work with that side and get it within spec.

Problem might just be due to the solid spacers, it was in my case
