I don't know of any wheels that look like that with a beauty ring.
Centerline makes an aluminum wheel that would look similar to that if you painted the center.
I don't remember the name of it but it is the same wheel that Delmo modifies to use a stock center cap(he has at least a couple builds on here, Grey Goose and Nacho in the 67-72 build section).
From reading his build threads I'm pretty sure he would point you in the right direction in finding these wheels.
