Since you didn't say,... I will assume your truck is a coil spring truck, not leaf spring?
Comparing the cost of bags vs static drop is not the same.
Bags are just air springs.
They will replace the coil springs.
The added cost of the air management can't be figured in.
But,... both suspensions will need:
Drop spindles
Disc brake conversion
Drop shocks
Rear shock relocators
Adjustable track bar.
