sloppy steering

found a nice fix to the slop steer

after looking at all the frame, rod ends and adjusting the steering box what more can there be...

the rag joint ... after having a buddy turn the wheel and I looked at the rag joint. it was bad ... good thing for safety studs

the fix is a 90's jeep Cherokee steering shaft. it used 2 u-joints instead of the rag joint and ball and socket joint. all I had to do is collapse it enough to fit and ream the steering column so the bolt would go threw

the price $2.00 to get in to the pick a part, $8.99 for the steering shaft and taxes so for around 12 bucks you can ditch that rag joint
