Sorry, It still dosen't work for me.
Might start by pulling a string line across the back of the cab IIRC the stampings on the backwall are lower than the body side peak at the top of the lower molding. No matter what you do that wrap is going to be a problem. You could also try using a straight finish at the cab corner and just two tone the fender leaving the bed panel black. Without an upper trim this might work out nicely.
