Might start by pulling a string line across the back of the cab IIRC the stampings on the backwall are lower than the body side peak at the top of the lower molding. No matter what you do that wrap is going to be a problem. You could also try using a straight finish at the cab corner and just two tone the fender leaving the bed panel black. Without an upper trim this might work out nicely.

I like this idea. I'll have to tinker with it some more later. I'm thinking wrap around the back of the cab, and then radius the corners to match the stampings on the backwall as if it were mirrored.

Nobody worry! This truck is going to stay single tone black just the way it is. Well, except I'm tearing it apart to fix all the rust holes
